Cloth studies. Wanted to sculpt the cloth in a illustrated way, and looking at tutorials. Still very rough, but this character sculpture project made me learn the importance of Subtools.

I bit the bullet and upgraded ToonBoom to advanced because it has better brush tools.

Yeah, I think I can dig it.

Went back to Blender to see if I could try to make myself an avatar for VRchat and so far I'm really enjoying the process of figuring out the shapes and tools.

Super quick sketch trying out CSP's gradient mask tools. The results are okay, not sure if it meshes well with how I work.

- Ashoka Tano sketch from Clone Wars and Rebels! It was fun drawing my own version of her and being able to explore some stylistic tools. The last season of Clone Wars was AMAZING and I’m really looking forward to drawing her again in the future!

The only reason I'd do it is if I just wanted a specific character to have it, not simply because they're Black. I actually did it to one of my characters using traditional tools. It's....really didn't change anything. I'm keeping her palms dark. =\

Meet the Artificer, my character for the current campaign! He's basically a grumpy amnesiac inventor in a body of an animal. He uses his robot to speak through and generally he cannot do anything without his tools. He's quite fun! My grumpiest character yet! 🐶🔨

34A and 34C explored their creativity today. They used exciting activities from author and illustrator Jarret Lerner while using Seesaw app tools. So much fun and learning!

Still not an expert but that first painting is from 2007. Try not to get too hung up on different brushes and tools. All you need to start is a hard round brush, eye dropper for blending and the eraser. Doing studies of photographs is a great way to git gud fast-
