@SuperUnlikely I usually use Procreate.
Add shading at the line drawing stage(Set the line drawing layer to Multiply).
Create another multiply layer and add a shadow.
Add a color layer below it. That's it.

Isa is not the oldest OC i've made but she was the first when I started digital art, I had a creepy pasta phase and been trying to redesign her since, still haven't settled on one yet but at least the mask hasnt changed
