2. When you play as normal mode Kyo in CvS1, his QCF+Kick special, 75 Shiki: Kai, is absent.
However, this move can be accessed when you play as EX Kyo, where he plays like his '95 counterpart, which it makes no sense since Kyo always uses this move, even with his rekka movesets.

Give her a chance, a moveset based around her staff could be so interesting! Maybe add in some heavy weapons from Assault. Adventures and Assault costume swaps. FS rides atop a cloud runner and summons a Kronoa Spirit to reek havoc (not unlike Andross AT)
