Thanks to my chat we kinda figured it out tonight that using my 3D avatar is kinda like the last straw for my PC (wasn't made originally for streaming) so it was a big reason for laggy stream. Until I can upgrade my cpu I shall be a png.tuber for a while.

A couple of characters I came up with on the fly for a concept of a game that popped in my head. The character with a gun arm was called "Rigid Rider" and the on with a mechanical limbs was the mechanic that builds upgrades for the gunman.
