Pokémon no.4 on the team is Shiftry. I figured since Shiftry obviously has leaves for hands and Itachi is from the Leaf Village it fits. Also Shiftry has Pokédex entries about reading foes’ minds and acting preemptively, similar to the sharingan reading opponents’s movements.
