This entity seems to be part of a larger forest spirit, these female totems appear in Forrests and woods and protect the surrounding area. We had to contain this one when it started killing workers for a logging company.

I duplicated the polygons around the mouth area, offset it a little and mapped a transparent mouth texture over it. Then I just swapped the texture by changing the UV coordinates. 🐔👍
