My extremely safe generic predictions are all "legacy" characters that have had recent releases they can easily promote. I specifically think the hunter from the upcoming Monster Hunter Rise is possible since again, represents the franchise and is an upcoming Switch exclusive.
I've expressed my thoughts already on who I want in Super Smash Bros Ultimate but as for who will be announced tonight...I have no idea!
