The allure of full color got me until it took me WEEKS (months?) to finish a few pages! I'm on a fairly constant sched of 2 pgs a week with each page taking a handful of hrs with a more streamlined process and I'm still finding ways to get faster! :}

I noticed that,ceating a random character and drawing a lot of it will greatly help you in improving faster

Sounds obvious but I was able to experiment a lot more by doing this instead of fanarts and commissions
