Hey! I fought for 4 years to be seen by a PD specialist and was diagnosed as borderline in 2021 after my CBT therapist told me "anyone can be diagnosed with anything at their worst" & refused referral
DBT didn't really work for me but EMDR did and I'm in a much better place now!
