I love being a game developer because like 10 years down the line when i make a Harmonic Hearts artbook I can put stuff like this in with no context and people will just have to guess if it was actually something I was planning to put in the game or not
they may have developed into friends, but it's unknown if the story would've been continuity heavy or not. In another coincidence, there's a character named "Boomer", who apparently lifts weights. Whether he's a reworked Joe Sushi or a new character is unknown.
