Here's a photo study I did a while back. I think it was actually a photo from an ad, but it made for interesting reference material. It was especially fun replicating that blurry background.
[LRT] the third one there is from the meakashi-hen drama CD iirc, and honestly i dont see those get attention even now
some of the actual VN CD covers are pretty iconic but these really dont get mentioned often at all, which is wild because theyre even more interesting

Although the "Digimon Encyclopedia" gives a lot of the official settings for various Digimon, there are still a lot of the settings that are not present on them that I find very interesting. Imperialdramon is an interesting case as it lacks some information about it.

I still head canon that Pearl’s punk era was a time where she was trying to find her image before settling on rap with Marina. Interesting that OtH did change their image in Splat3, not to what we expected but became classier, maturing as the world of Splatoon grows up with us
