@dasmirts Unity's 2D Animation package is awesome for this.

Used it to rig and animate all the @RingOfPain creatures. Also the majority of sprites (incl this one) were just the painting straight up without limbs etc separated. Made the process really efficient.

@Saberlicious_ ik they're not official but @AnimateTwo's sonic (left) and @louplayer54's oshima-styled sonic (right) are in my opinion the best sonic sprites, especially when given the sonic 1 expanded palette (shown below)
