What I did was take things that I get inspiration from and try to combine the styles (to the best of my ability)

I like the sharp and exaggerated look of Vivziepop’s artwork and the more goofy, smooth feel of classic anime, so, my result looks like the third image...

completely! the thing is, they did this with Athena's pointing pose, which was bent to signify exaggerations and add character. (it was noted on the wiki as its impossible to bend your index finger like that irl)
