Some of my recent art finally uncompressed, that colour dulling compression was annoying the hell out of me I’m glad I figured it out at last, compare the original post to these yourself to see why. It’s like Twitter put a grey filter over every image I posted.

I finally found out why certain images came out with dull colours, Twitter automatically compresses .png files but not .jpg or .jpeg ones. Though the quality is usually lower with .jpg over the lossless .png on Twitter the opposite is apparently true. Wish I knew this. Compare.
