I tried to narrow down the look with altered prompt:
"photo of epic beautiful bioluminescent skeletal mermaid taken for vogue"
Dalle again i felt gave more "Structured" and varied results, Midjourney a little more "posed" but not quite there but IMPECCABLE VIBES again lol.

Starting prompt was "epic beautiful bioluminescent skeletal mermaid"

Off the bat interesting that Dalle got what i meant immediately, but Midjourney got the more Artsy VIBES
