I feel like an underrated aspect of FFXIV is that it absolutely nails sense of place.

The music blended together with scenery in places like the Azim Steppe and the Churning Mists makes for such incredible environments.

some details, i really enjoyed the reflections though it's quite a simple effect (soft brush + glow edge overlay). The colour of water reflected in Nanami's hair and Gojo's face is my fav part– i left the sketch only partly blended for the face so it helps achieve the expressions

Always love it when Eggman is depicted with the red Sunken in eyes. It shows how truly rotten he can be while also not stifling his comedic side. I feel the Archie books especially blended it well with the Modern design, showing them off only at his most emotional outbursts
