Tonight’s Conan cover art is by Daren Bader for the Modiphius 2d20 Conan RPG. I like the composition, although it’s a little weird that they ended up on top of this weird serpent while on horseback. But the part that bugs me is that Conan looks like Ronald Reagan.

@TeaNewton Atmosphere/mood for me!! I think lighting plays the biggest part in this, and then pose, composition, and details help tell the rest of the story :) Even if its just in a sketch I try get the right mood!

My favorite asari in the Mass Effect universe. Initially, I did not try to repeat the previous composition, however, it turned out very similar. The unexpected analogy of the moon and the month pleases me.

Like really - colors, composition, background - everything on very high level!
Although we had multiple options and iterations, we decided to go with a geometric composition, following some of the previous titles in the series, but with detailed elements on the illustration that hint on the tales content.
