Sharing some behind the scenes, here are the sculpt at the lowest and highest subdivision level.

I first sculpted the model in Zbrush, did the retopology in Blender, then reimported it into Zbrush to detail it.

The goal was to have a nice topology as a base for detailing.

Funny enough, Aerial's curved lines, sharp angular shapes, & heavy detailing kind of reminds me of Mamoru Nagano's designs. (I highly doubt it, with him being so out of the game for so long. But big if true.) The clear parts on Aerial's head does remind me of Lachesis. (7/?)
