REDLINE (2009) is always watchable. Maybe it's the fusion of so many racing videogames or the endless number of aliens and cyborgs? The perspective warping and characters yelling about 'Roboworld' are a plus.

randomly watched an OVA(?) scifi/racing anime called Tailenders that came out few months in the wake of Redline
has a cool concept and is alright enough for an anime about racing whose scenes lack any sense of inertia whatsoever😅
but: it has awesome character designs✨
