'Edith', the Cecaelia. I even submitted a moveset for her, to show that she was a grappler.

The newest installment of Grappler Baki was insane. It's a show all about martial arts and fighting that has some of the coolest animated fight scenes I've ever seen. The 2018 version is about the prison ark so now I'm gonna watch the previous one about the Maximum Tournament :D
