I think you would appriciate Morrison's Action Comics then. It seems the opposite of All-Star, with a younger, more hot-headed, trickster-y Superman, who is just starting out, but it's the same writer as All-Star, so it has the sams heart. Big ideas in a more grounded field.

Only ones I can think of are Professor Pyg, who had his Circus of Strange in Morrison's Batman & Robin, and Saiko, in New 52 Nightwing, who was a member of the Circus, but not a trapeze artist.

I agree but I did like his Doom Patrol work.

Many think it was traditional (and it was, especially following Morrison, Bisley, Case and Nyberg’s work) but I enjoyed it. I thought the storytelling of the art was very clear if that makes sense.
