I don't have a proper animation software so I just moved some layers around in Photoshop, but I needed to make something quick since I couldn't finish the picture I originally wanted to post.

Original had a mistake with the tone of the "white" on her fur. Removed blue hair as an alt and made it the default one and in that space added an alt clothing.

Don’t worry she won’t stay like this for a whole month this time.
In this one I removed most of her fur markings because they are calico cat specific and I thought it looked better for the otter form.
