This is Tabaluga, notice how he's kind of small and green. I rediscovered the cartoon of the same name recently in which this dragon protects his homeland from Arktos, an evil snowman. Maybe I'd have been better off drawing a character more people actually know about though.

When I saw this official art somewhere, my instant reaction was "Why is Corrin here?". Then I remembered and rediscovered Kemono Jihen. Hmmm... this is giving me some ideas.
