My most recent drawing referenced a piece from @/Arc_Edo11. It mostly served as an anatomy study but also as a means to learn new poses, since that’s what I commonly get stuck on the most.

Trust me, coming from a much lesser-skilled artist, there is no shame in using references.

The trick for me is blocking out the main shapes first. I actually color in the main shapes of the shoe and then I add the details. Using references helps a ton. Shoes will have different designs so trying to get the details right away can get confusing

Every Chris Lockheart has a "symbol" that references their last name (a heart with a lock) but Christayln is the only one whose lock isn't visible. Her "lock" is located at the bottom end of her tattoo and for obvious reasons, that is why hers is not seen
