That does seem possible since there's a couple of weird colour variants of early p2 murdocs floating around that show him as more of a yellow. But it's hard to verify since we don't have the original quality images, and video screencaps may have slight colour filters

Alisia Dragoon's original character palette was most peculiar. Despite having a dedicated 16 colour palette, there was no green (as called for by the character concept), instead they seemingly... dithered blue and yellow. It was a rather inefficient palette so I added the greens.
