Soo I'm a big fan of the Neptunia seiris. And I wanted to draw Neptune. Only I'm not as confident about it. But instead I did a trace over an image of Neptune and Purple heart. And then added my own color to it. I'm not proud of tracing, I wish i was better. But oh well.
