Sketched an idea for a weapon I had in mind. The "Vulcan anchor". using this weapon you could drag out enemies hidden under water. Maybe a mission where you go boating to drag out underwater reverbots/revaards causing troubles to people sailing on ships. Drowning their ships 😂
