Tortoise Jr. and Hopper are both Sinnoh starters but I haven't figured out if that makes them brothers or cousins or nothing. Also I do have an Infernape that came out of the GTS, so do I count that as a starter or what?

I usually pick water starters as a rule, but in Diamond I picked Turtwig. Later I got Platinum and Hopper here is forever salty that he was my second choice. He gets to be in the fancier game though, so he should calm down
