Done for Magic, return to Innistrad, this was the Spirit Token for the set. It has just been included in the new Core 2020 set, its third time in print! It's still probably my favorite of the official tokens I've done for the game. plus, its set in Innistrad, which=instant love.

I don't think there's any real standard ruling for tokens aside from the fact that you need to be able to distinguish what they are and how they differ from other tokens you control. You can do ones based around standard card sizes or other things like dice, figures, etc.
