@pouistired You have no idea. I had to look up on almost every Hilda episode, just to find a horse face on a portrait on "The Witch" Episode and then create from scratch the body's artstyle just for a backstory comic from an OC of my AU.

@Repeatr’s incredible Astral Walkers are a great example of how you can use colour, framing & themes to create consistency in a collection. His choices of a body that is facing the same direction in a walking motion is not only striking but makes them recognisable at a glance.

personally, I am exploring canopic jars within my work because of the heavy presence of identity in relation to ones body. As well as the relationship one establishes with their body and their home as they live abroad

@jaspersed_ Your forearm to upper arm ratio is off. The elbow should be lower. Also, the body is very squished and the torso positoning is a bit off. I’m assuming you’re going for the anime guitar rip pose or something similar so I sketched out some stuff. No shame, all love 💕
