Day 4 of Emolga palettes: Oshawott (no scalchop)
I wanted to reference other Unova Pokemon, and nothing better than one of the starters (two but we'll get to the other later).
Oshawott had a close amount of colors w/ one already being white so it was easy.
My favorite. 💙

It holds great pride in the feathers on it's head, becoming sad if they fall out and will not cheer up until new ones grow in
