When I first got into art, I made some mistakes. So after I made those mistakes I promised to draw in honest and get better. I'll become a real artist, I'd say, I'll show them! I'll work really hard! I came out with my first honest drawing... And it sucked. Nobody starts perfect.

On a definitely related note, I fixed yesterday's sketch even though it didn't need to be fixed.

Here’s the very first manga logo and cover design I ever did all the way back in 2007—for Toto! from Del Rey Manga. The logo was pretty simple; but I also realized that would make it harder to “hide” mistakes, so I had to focus on the T/O being dynamic. 1/4
