@thomasroiloup She is canonically 5’9”. Artists tend to not get her proportions correct, but her defining physical trait is she has long legs and is semi-athletic with a focus on cardio and aerobic exercise.

you always want to make sure that you keep checking your values with a view that isolates luminance so you can make sure the colours you pick will have the correct value you're looking for. after a while it will become second nature
