the way every character got their colour palettes was by me throwing the characters in ibis and hueshifting until i got something that looked good

I looked at the history of BLITZO. BLITZO is crazy and insane. Plus it's a killer, but BLITZO's weaknesses are liquid nitrogen and electric shock. Details of the assumption that IMP is fire resistant, but in liquid nitrogen it is allergic to cold.

Finished up one of Masanori Sato's sketches he posted on his Instagram. This was done to learn the style a bit better, but I was very proud of how spot-on it looked.

Found these relics of the start of *what would have been* the original Vid-Squids comic way back in 2016-17. I was really trying to set the stage for how he looked different amidst the homogeneity of Splat 1, and even hint at the tension with octarians/his identity as half.
