Pokémon Variants from an ancient Sinnoh that no longer exist in the current region imply that they went extinct...? The Biologist/Pokemon Professor brain has kicked in! ""dark lore"" theory for fun hahaha

My art teacher keeps mentioning Dragon Ball Z in class, that’s cool. Hey professor, can I draw Goku and you’ll give me an A?

Professor Laventon reminds me of the police officers from sword and shield in that both of them have faces that look so incredibly "wrong" to me. Like, something is just "not right" about them. I stare in horror yet cannot turn away

While studying Pokémon evolution, Professor Rowan discovers that Stantler used to have the potential to evolve. Ash, Goh (maybe Chloe) and Stantler go to Sinnoh to research that, however they somehow get send back in time (my bet is on Celebi)

Goodness after all that news about Pokemon Legends Arceus I really want to try and make a character based from that time frame.

Revamp my old Professor art into a more appropriate traditional Japanese style one for the times perhaps hmm.

Artwork of the Pokédex in Pokémon Legends: Arceus. Yes, it's a book; what were you expecting?

The Pokédex is updated when the player reports survey findings to Professor Laventon. This Pokédex is far more comprehensive than the usual dex, providing several research tasks.

Official artwork of Professor Laventon, who came to Hisui with Pokémon from overseas (the starters: Oshawott, Rowlet, and Cyndaquil). He studies Pokémon ecology and tasks the player with completing a Pokédex. He's... probably B̶r̶i̶t̶i̶s̶h̶ Galarian.

Official artwork of Commander Kamado, who runs the Galaxy Expedition Team. He is confirmed to be the ancestor of Professor Rowan, and other ancestors will appear as well.

Kamado recognizes the player's talents and invites them to join the Survey Corps.

Interesting fact here, commander Kamado is an ancestor of Professor Rowan

Ok im like 99% sure Professor Laventon is Galarian and is Leon and Hop's ancestor due to the skin color, the general style of the face, the fact that he and leon share the same chin hair color, and that he has a G. Weezing statue and says "jolly good" and isn't used to the cold!

I had a feeling when this game was announced that there'd be characters like Captain Cyllene and Commander Kamado who are essentially ancestors of Professor Rowan and Team Galactic's Cyrus! Probably more throughout the game too, right? 👀
