Today's character: TOC. TOC is my silly placeless character. 2cool4u. Has gone through a *lot* of redesigns, usually sporting whatever hair cut I'm thinking of getting myself, but curly/wavy. They're basically me, but extroverted. Should probably fix that.

for me it's simplicity. You see all these OCs with wacky out of this world designs, bright colors, etc., I like to keep my OCs with a simple design and "good to look at" color palette. Plus, I feel it's easier on artists I commission if the characters aren't so highly detailed.

Vintage Toucan Sam is one of my fave classic cereal mascot designs, so I did a tribute to the 60’s version designed by Manuel R. Vega. Tweaked his look a bit, but ultimately wanted to try and stay true to the original, which is such a beautiful design. Bring back the fruit hat!
