Had this lineart I did a couple weeks ago and I was feeling myself when I did colors earlier on that Joker pic, so figured I'd throw down some flat colors on this.

Also fked around a lot with the blur filter on photoshop to make the background. It's my astetik (aesthetic) :^)

I know an artist who can draw in the 90's style but has only made a few characters, although he can undoubtedly make a wonderful cover with backgrounds. The art on the left is a character in charge of the 90s style and the one on the right is one with a background.
