I didn’t have too strong an idea of what I was going for colour wise, but had to provide something so Don could do the cover. This first pic is a quick mock up. By the time the cover came around, she had changed a bit. Also here’s my rejected first draft.
This was made when Ra was old and not doing great health-wise, but he still kicks ass playing. Weird synths, electronic drums, singing, chants, in and out of jazz. GREAT. It ends with sing-along and Ra playing!

The music for this and all the other swamp levels in the game is titled "Bayou Boogie". It bears a similarity to Phil Collins's "In the Air Tonight". The composer for the game, David Wise, confirmed that the similarity was intentional.

@AdventureNoises @BrendanBlaber I feel the same way, just add bad art direction. None of the characters are memorable, design wise, and at worst unappealing. For instance, I get that they were trying to give the main character heart-shaped hair, but the way it sits/moves looks so awkward.
