Starshrooms in Sumeru, but NOT the ones in the Chasm, also have states.

Activated Starshrooms heal more, Scorched ones heal less.

Neither of them can be used in recipes that require Starshrooms.

Their only use is if an Aranara asks you for one.

When Activated, they will release a Trusense Pulse and reveal invisible items in a large area.
