I finally rewatched Children Who Chase Lost Voices, nearly 4 years later, and it still holds up so well for me. Still perfectly bleak yet beautiful, and still remains my 2nd favorite Makoto Shinkai work. Also probably my favorite of his from a visual standpoint.
