This is Paheed Al-demeir. He's an Elf wizard who lost his left hand in an attack. He spent his youth mastering the mage hand spell to replace it and can now use a special version of the spell at will. He can even use it for somatic spell components.

my yuan-ti cleric rips holes in the weave for her spells, so all of her spells somatic components are her ripping the air open. my triton (eladrin) druid pulls shells and seaweed and out of her hair for mat components & her hair transforms her for wild shapes.
