I don't think there's anything inherently wrong with the design of DS/Wii era Mario but I do think that GameCube/DS/early Wii era Mario series artwork really has suffered in hindsight with the black shading making everything look so much less vibrant and warm

They’re renders are mostly shown starting at their behinds instead of their fronts lately, just saying its stupid but they probably are implementing Chameleos in secret, hey its a good surprise if they don’t show the boi in a trailer, but still give a cutscene.

In hindsight I think it makes all the sense in the world that the ARMS rep wasn’t a more in one kind of deal like with Hero or the Koopalings.

Hero costume has the headpiece of DQ3 Hero but he isn’t the default

Bowser Jr costume is the same for the Koopalings

It was obvious from the jump that the post-Crisis Lex was inspired by Trump, but in hindsight it seems Byrne & Co were too generous to Trump and unfair to Lex. But here we see the trappings: gaudy possessions, tacky clothes and hair, bragging about his wealth and importance.

From MTG Core21, this is the Witch's Cauldron! Tough piece to figure out, but once I wrestled with the concept I came up with this fairly straightforward, (obvious even) composition. Hindsight always makes art look so easy ;)

Four years ago I was trying to be a full-time commission artist, but the only way I was able to make it happen was by not charging enough. In hindsight it wasn't very sustainable but it was still great experience, drawing on a daily basis.

In hindsight, I really regret not picking up the Sonic/Mega Man crossover comics while there were still widely available.

The complete collection of "Worlds Collide" will set you back a bit, and it's nearly impossible to find the complete graphic novel run of "Worlds Unite."

it feels like forever ago lol. it's hard for me to look at my old art because it represents a really vulnerable time for me. but in hindsight i am really, Really glad i stuck to it. so if you're there right now, KEEP GOING! time is the only thing in your way!!!

It was for me at the time, the epitome of a book I would never read, a forgotten charity shop purchase. I pictured the protagonist as some kind of Strawberry King presiding over a kingdom of tiny strawberry people (which in hindsight sounds quite amazing).
