Still have NO idea what caused it, my top guess was a freak reaction to a medication of mine that had a 2% likelihood of that happening, but I'm just glad it's over, and hope to god it never happens again!! (2/2)

I have my echocardiogram, stress test, and a 24-hr monitor coming up on the 25th. My doctor had me stop my blood pressure medication to see how my heart reacts and I've felt like a hot mess since. Here's hoping we'll finally get some answers 🤞

I went thought my own personal hell during 2020. Menopause was awful for me and I didn’t realise how horrendous it had been until I was on HRT. I never thought I would love a medication but HRT has given me some of my life back. Day to day life is much sunnier now.
