Not bad, but not good. At least, this black lines are very good. Aoki did a good work too.
Also Yoko Sato worked as animator again. Two consecutive episodes.

This episode is a mix.
Has some good things, and bad too.

First, Yamaguchi is AD. He is a good animator, but a more or less animation director.
My favorite correction by him was this Housen, but the art of this episode is inconsistent.
