I used a slightly different brush here (Though that doesn't matter much), set the layer mode to glow dodge, and used a blueish-white color

Of course, I blurred/blended it down so it was a little smoother, then brought the layer opacity down (That part's up to preference)

Holy shit. Years ago I tried making an RPG that blended SMT, Pokemon, and Yu-Gi-Oh! and got as far as designing and modeling out a temp MC. I thought I'd lost the assets entirely, but I just found them on my computer. Textures are missing, but it's something!

It is a VERY slight skin tone adjustment. 3.0 was way to dark and blended in too much with her hair and blush. 3.1 is a slight adjustment making it a little brighter

I was asked about the background swirly effect. That's a mix of using wet paint on wet paper (different effect than wet paint on dry paper) and sprinkles of salt. Salt sort of pulls the paint, usually making lighter or darker spots, whereas just the water has a blended flow.

If you choose a 'Full Color' commission, you're able to decide between Cell shading or Blended Shading - no extra cost. However, Blended shading does take longer.❤
