Meet our final contributor - Amy Louise ✍🏻

Amy Louise is an illustrator and sometimes animator from Cork. She spent a chunk of 2020 living in Japan, narrowly avoiding Ireland's first lockdown in favour of eating 7/11 noodles and speaking bad Japanese.

This is also the reason why he calls salmon “Shake”, not “Sake".
Salmon can be “Shake" or “Sake” in Japanese.

But he chose "Shake".

Because “Sake" has another meaning.
Which is “Tear up".

What if he chose the wrong word, it would be a terrible😱

this isn't the greatest drawing of her, but I can't seem to find any other ones,,, her name is Alicia and she's a PMMM OC of mine! Her mother is American and her father is Japanese. She lives in America and her family owns a Japanese botanical garden (hence the flower theme).

Riko usually doesn't wear glasses, but it would suit her, right?

Glasses mean "めがね"(megane) in Japanese.

Finished Love Language Japanese.

Not recommended as a learning tool or as a visual novel. If you use this as your primary way to start learning Japanese, you'll just be punishing yourself. The only way the game teaches is repetition with very little context.

Timed repetition.

Aoi's room" is "あおいの部屋" (あおいのへや/aoi no heya) in Japanese. 🦊

To explain that two nouns belong together or that noun 2 is in relation to noun 1, you need the particle "の" (no) between the nouns.

I love you and The Demonata. I especially like Lord Ross and Junie Swan. I am also thinking about derivative works in Japanese. I am happy to message you. We use Google Translate. I am very happy to see you. Is there a new work by Lord Ross?
