got the kilt rigged so that it will follow the hip controls on the rig. Still a lil messy but far easier to work with than having to hand-animate the whole thing. special thanks to Pierrick Picaut for his cloth/hanging object tutorial on YT

Spent my night tonight starting on a small passion project, a sorta-Minecraftish TF2 Heavy rig! Even trying out a new thumb-palm concept I came up with for the hand rig. Might release it when I'm done, haven't decided yet, but I'm open to any feedback/suggestions for this model!
