The latest Character I created! Just for fun.💙 Here the quick Ref. Sheet.
Chemical is a river creature, a hybrid of an axolotl and a jaguar, thus the external gills and fins. To add the "chemical" part, I made the markings glow a little in some purple, blueish colours :)
