"Iconic" is subjective and ephemorous. Some would say the Kardashians are "iconic", whereas most sane people couldn't care less.

What's more important (imho) is the normal building blocks of good character design. Silhouette, color, uniqueness, proper detail, etc. Success==icon

You can make variations of it by varying the contrast between the eyeball's shadow and the eye color, or giving multiple rings around the pupils, or heck even having no pupil entirely!

This shade of green is my favorite color, I think. The glitter and anklet are just there to add something else. While drawing these I felt like Legosi was channeling his mother, being all made up and beautiful. I'm sure she'd be proud
