It's time to start some discourse. What is your least favorite Treasure game on Genesis/MD? For me, has to be either Light Crusader or the Yu Yu fighting game. I'm not huge on isometric perspectives or fighting games, especially those for animes that I haven't seen.

Remember when Takashi Tezuka said something about experimenting with an "overhead" perspective in SMB3? I think this is what he was talking about, a view as seen on Alex Kidd The Lost Stars. I feel like Mario's pose as he looks up on the title screen retains a bit of that idea.

About the sign I just wrote it normally and played around with the distortion tool to make it the same perspective that i had added to the whole library. cutting part of the word is alright too since not always you let all the words of a sign in the picture when you take a photo
